This is the first criteria before proceeding further. Present all the necessary documents if asked for. If you have taken up additional certification course, you can speak about it. Do not be rejected on being overqualified or under q ualified.   Your body languageHeard of nonverbal communication? It is more powerful than the words and you are judged based upon it.
